Note:  Bids cannot be accepted after the time set for opening.  Faxed bids are accepted when followed up with a paper bid within 24 hours.  Failure to attend a mandatory job walk will disqualify a bidder.  All bids and/or proposals are subject to terms and conditions as stated in the bid and request for proposal documents.
