Aspire Foundation Invests in STEM

James Chavez, president and CEO of the Clarksville Economic Development Council, presented a $10,000 check from the Aspire Clarksville Foundation to support the robotics program in the STEM Academy at Kenwood High School.  Aspire is a privately-funded economic development and community marketing initiative for Clarksville-Montgomery County. Chavez presented the check at a recent School Board meeting.

As part of its Strategic Blueprint through 2014, Aspire identified advocacy for the new STEM integration in CMCSS as one of its Global Business Development Strategic Objectives.
