Open Enrollment Now through Feb. 25

Specific grade levels in 14 elementary schools and all grades at Kenwood Middle are available for open enrollment for the 2013-14 school year.

The School System has developed a limited open enrollment policy for students who wish to attend a school or program outside the area for which they are zoned.

The schools and grade levels open include: Barksdale: K, 2^nd, 5^{th; Burt}: 4^{th; Byrns Darden: 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th:} Carmel: 2^nd, 4^th, 5^th; Cumberland Heights: 4^th; East Montgomery: 1^st, 4^th; Glenellen: 5^th; Kenwood Elementary: K, 1st; Minglewood: 4^th; Montgomery Central: K, 1^st, 3^rd, 5th;  Moore Magnet: K, 2^nd, 4^th, 5^th; Ringgold: K, 1^st, 3^rd; Sango: 1st; St. Bethlehem: K, 1st; and Kenwood Middle, 6th, 7th, 8th.

Space for Open Enrollment is limited to only the specific schools and grades listed. Each grade listed has a limited number of available seats. If more requests are received than available seats, a lottery drawing will be held.
