Retiree Flu Vaccine Clinics

Hello,

You are receiving this message because you are a retiree of Clarksville-Montgomery County School System or Montgomery County Government and you are enrolled in the retiree medical insurance plan.  You are eligible to receive a FREE seasonal flu vaccination.  If you have dependents covered under your plan, the flu vaccine will be available to them as well.

You have 3 opportunities to receive the seasonal flu vaccine:

Flu Clinic #1

When: Tuesday, 9/26/2023

3:00 pm-6:00 pm

Where: CMCSS Central Services-Gracey Board Room

Flu Clinic #2

When:  Thursday, 9/28/2023

12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Where:  CMCSS Central Services-Gracey Board Room

Flu Clinic #3

When: Monday, 10/2/2023

3:00 pm-6:00 pm

Where: William O. Beach Civic Hall

350 Pageant Ln Suite 201, Clarksville, TN 37040

Retirees may not receive the seasonal flu vaccine at the school locations.

Please bring your Blue Cross Blue Shield ID card and a valid id with you.
