Hello, You are receiving this message because you are a retiree of Clarksville-Montgomery County School System or Montgomery County Government and you are enrolled in the retiree medical insurance plan.  You are eligible to receive a FREE seasonal flu vaccination.  If you have dependents covered under your plan, the flu vaccine will be available to them as well. You have 3 opportunities to receive the seasonal flu vaccine:   Flu Clinic #1 When: Tuesday, 9/26/2023 3:00 pm-6:00 pm Where: CMCSS Central Services-Gracey Board Room 621 Gracey Avenue, Clarksville, TN 37040 Flu Clinic #2 When:  Thursday, 9/28/2023 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm Where:  CMCSS Central Services-Gracey Board Room 621 Gracey Avenue, Clarksville, TN  37040   Flu Clinic #3 When: Monday, 10/2/2023 3:00 pm-6:00 pm Where: William O. Beach Civic Hall 350 Pageant Ln Suite 201, Clarksville, TN 37040 Retirees may not receive the seasonal flu vaccine at the school locations.
