In 2023, CMCSS pursued certification to the ISO 21001:2018 standard for Educational Organizations. ISO 21001:2018 is an international standard for quality management for educational institutions, recognized by professional organizations worldwide. The Continuous Improvement office manages the educational organization management system which includes stakeholder feedback, recommendations for improvement, continuous improvement teams, document control, and the internal audit program.
CMCSS seeks feedback from our stakeholders to maximize efficiency and effectiveness with resources in support of the district’s mission and vision. Feedback can be submitted here. The district conducts parent and employee surveys annually to ensure we are meeting the needs of our students, parents, and employees. Communication groups, to include Parent, Teacher, Classified Staff, and Student Advisory, meet monthly to provide feedback on district improvements.
CMCSS is committed to maintaining quality records. District documents are maintained through the Continuous Improvement Office. Documents are issued control numbers and revision history is maintained. District documents (policies, procedures, forms, etc.) are included on each department’s page under Documents Library or click here to search all of the district’s documents.
