The Human Resource Department’s mission is to recruit, select, develop and retain high quality employees committed to supporting student achievement. Our focus is on each of our 5,100 employees and on preserving the rights and privileges granted to them by federal and state laws while simultaneously protecting the integrity of the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System as a whole.
