Am I guaranteed a job when I finish the program?

Upon successfully completing the program and in good standing as a CMCSS employee, you will have the opportunity to interview for a certified teaching opportunity in CMCSS. The length of your commitment as a teacher in our district is equivalent to that of your residency. However, we anticipate that you will remain with us for many years to come.

What if I have academic struggles, or it has been a long time since I have been in school?

Our programs provide wraparound supports to ensure success. This includes academic assistance. We hold recitation sessions that provide academic support from content experts. We can also provide individualized assistance as needed.

What are my expenses? What is the cost of the program?

Our programs are tuition and textbook free. You will not incur costs for tuition or textbooks while you are in the program.
